Guided by a Master Certified Coach (one of fewer than 1,050 globally), Kristin combines her expert training with years of corporate experience to deliver transformative coaching. Kristin blends structure and insight with neuroscience, somatic experiencing, and emotional intelligence to guide lasting change.

Kristin worked as a strategy consultant at a Fortune Global 500 consulting firm, focused on Pharma R&D business process reengineering for mid-size pharmaceutical companies across Asia, Europe and the US. She then leveraged her project and team management skills to develop and run a corporate learning & development program for a top Hollywood talent agency, and project manage ground-up real estate development projects in Los Angeles.

A California native with a degree in Medical Microbiology and Immunology from the University of Wisconsin–Madison, Kristin’s curiosity and drive extend beyond coaching—she’s also a patented inventor of a beauty product sold on HSN, a nominee for the Global Innovation Award, and has even performed stand-up at Hollywood’s renowned Improv and Comedy Store.
